| How come you are so inexpensive? |
| Working on computers is something I enjoy to do, more importantly I think it is ridiculous how much others charge for computer repair. These big companies charge way too much to do some very simple tasks! I think that is almost as bad as the gas companies, charging you huge amounts because they know it has to be paid. |
| What if I just have a simple question? |
| Feel free to ask. If I don't know ill find out. It never hurts to ask questions, but please don't ask me things that are going to take hours to research (like help buying hardware or specs on a certain system) without expecting to be charged. | What kind of experience do you have? |
| I have been working with computers all my life. I am a degreed Mechanical Engineer which does not give me any specific knowledge about computers, but does allow me to boast that I use them and abuse them every day. I also worked for my university’s IT department for an extensive amount of time. |
| Do you have any type of certification? |
| Currently no, but I am working on becoming CompTIA certified. |
| How do I get my system to you? |
| In most cases I will come to you to either do the work or to pick up your system. I am flexible and willing to work with whatever you need. |
| What happens if you cannot fix my computer? |
If this does happen and I have exhausted every resource I have to fix your system the answer is very simple, you don't get charged! |
| Why are you only available in the evenings and weekends? |
I am doing this as a part time gig mostly so I do have a day job. This doesn't mean I will not put the time in to get your system fixed, it just means that I wont be able to do it during normal business hours. |
